I Love Napoli

For all Neopolitans and Maradona Lovers

As feared by many Napoli fans, manager Walter Mazzarri has announced that he will be stepping down from the post at the end of the season. Mazzarri has been one of the greatest managers for Napoli in recent decades, as he has been able to get the club back to the top of the table and also into European elite cup competitions as well.

However, he has been strongly linked with the two Milan clubs in the last few months. After spending four years with the club, Mazzarri has said that he will leave the club at the end of the season.

The Napoli manager Walter Mazzarri refused to concentrate on the league table as of now despite Napoli moving level on points with the leaders Juventus at the top of the table. It was only a few weeks ago that Napoli were 10 points behind the current champions after a string of poor results and points deduction.

However, the points deduction has been turned over and a run of poor form for Juventus has meant that Napoli have closed the gap completely. They remain second in the table only on goal difference after this weekend's round of fixtures.

Napoli have made a lot of progress over the year according to the manager Walter Mazzarri. He has seen his team win the Coppa Italia last season, while also making incredible strides in domestic and European competitions as well.

The team have emerged as one of the competitors for Juventus this season, while they also made it into the last 16 stage of the Champions League only to be beaten by the eventual champions Chelsea last season. Even though the club recently had troubles in terms of maintaining the form, 2012 has been a year to remember according to Mazzarri.

The Napoli manager Walter Mazzarri has said that he does not think about winning the title this season and is only concentrating on each game as it comes. Napoli are in with a chance of winning the title this season, as they seem to be the only real contenders alongside Juventus.

They are currently just two points behind leaders Juventus after having played almost 15 matches. Napoli were in a similar kind of position last season, but faltered right at the death. In order to avoid such a similar scenario, the manager Walter Mazzarri has cooled all the talk of a title this season.

Upcoming Matches

Italy has many loves, but one of the biggest is their love of football. It brings out the passion in everyone but Italians scream and shout with joy and despair at the beautiful game like no others.

They have reason to though, with some of the best teams in the world playing in the Serie A the standards of each game are incredibly high and exciting to watch. Many of these teams are fears around the world and when they go to competitions such as the Champions League many people expect them to take the title.

The Juventus defender Giorgio Chiellini has said that he is not of the opinion that the match against Napoli after the international break will be the decisive fixture when it comes to the title at the end of the season. Napoli will be taking on Juventus after the international break.

The Napoli manager Walter Mazzarri has said that his side almost did not manage to get the three points in the match against Udinese during the weekend. Napoli were playing against Udinese in what was seen as an important match for the home team.

This was due to the fact that they needed to stay in touch with Juventus at the top of the table. So far, Juventus and the Napoli are the two teams with the perfect record and this once again continued as Napoli were able to beat Udinese 2-1 in the match. Napoli now are level on points with Juventus at the top of the table.

Napoli have moved swiftly to compensate the loss of Lavezzi, who signed for French club PSG for around £ 24 million. The Argentina striker has been linked with a move away from the club for the last couple of seasons.
